You get a vacation, right? The question is to go, or not to go

Dr. Mark Ketterer, professor of psychiatry at Wayne State , says more people should take as much vacation as possible because, among many reasons, research shows that death by heart disease is 40 percent higher in people who shun vacations. "I think culturally we're nuts," he says. Ketterer says technology and a major push by industry for increased productivity have convinced many folks they're indispensable.
